Wilbur Cyrus Brown II, a 45-year-old traveling construction worker turned serial rapist, pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting two women on the Conewago Trail in Mount Joy Township in Pennsylvania. Brown admitted to Judge Joseph C. Madenspacher he sexually assaulted the women, ages 26 and 46, separately in 2002 and 2003 as they walked the trail. Brown, dressed in prison-issued white canvas sneakers, green pants and a shirt, also pleaded guilty Tuesday to burglarizing a Mount Joy Township home Dec. 31, 2004. According to court documents, he stole silver bars, money, jewelry, a computer and a Visa card, which he used to purchase items at two Dauphin County stores. Brown has now pleaded guilty to raping or sexually assaulting eight women in Lancaster, Cumberland and Dauphin counties.
